Product Review: WOW Imports
Recently, Wow Imports contacted me and offered to send me a customized name necklace in exchange for a review for them. I was thrilled, because before I was a mommy, I loved costume jewelry.
Amelia was born and I didn’t care about my looks at first. By the time I did care, she was into pulling everything, hard, so I stopped wearing jewelry altogether. Then came Zoe, and I forgot how much I liked this little accessory!
This year, though, since discovering Kohl’s and other shops with affordable jewelry, I made a few cheappurchases. I’ve also won a necklace and a bracelet, both of which I really love. I’ve never owned name jewelry, Gina being a very short name.
But after looking through WOW Import’s site, I found a font I loved, and then I realized that I could use my handle (for Twitter and just about everything else): ginabad. I requested to have the name in small letters, and Lisa kindly accommodated me.
Can I just say, I love my necklace!! “ginabad” is my personal brand so I enjoy wearing it…maybe eventually someone will recognize my name. (From my lips to Oprah’s ears, lol!)
I included the rare photo footage of myself (I hate how I photograph), to show you my lovely bauble. Wow Imports has a large selection of fonts to choose from, and a large variety of metals and settings for name pieces (rings, bracelets, etc.) as well selected languages (Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese to name a few). They also carry other jewelry and art.
If you are looking for a personalized piece of jewelry for someone this holiday, I recommend Wow Imports. Great service and quick delivery too! Thanks again to the folks there for making me just a wee bit cooler this holiday!

You know, before I knew your last name, I just thought you thought you had a low self esteem, like you thought you were bad…..I wonder what OTHER people think when they see “ginabad”. I bet you don’t get messed with!!
CJ´s last blog ..Idea? Maybe?
LOL!!! That’s funny, I’m not even REMOTELY badass, well, unless you mess with my kids or hubby…
But my last name is Badalaty, and bad is short, and together they work. I coulda taken my married name, but what fun is that??
That is just so cool. Small gifts from heaven..
.
I know what you mean, about not wearing jewelry. My husband bought me a new ring for our 5th Anniversay. I Love It! But I never wear it at home because I scratch the kids with it on accident. It goes out with me for special occasions… like the grocery store.
Well, actually, the last necklace my husband bought me? My 4 year old lost it this weekend. Makes it harder to find when she can’t talk. AUGH!
