Prayer Request: Anissa Mayhew #prayersforanissa

in prayer request
I met Anissa, briefly, about a year ago when we both blogged for American Greetings. She left and I took over her blog, I believe. We connected on Twitter, where we were in and out of touch -you know how Twitter relationships are! She is kind, talented and dynamic.
This Tuesday, Anissa had a serious stroke and in the hospital, another. I’m reaching out to you readers to share her husband’s post and to pray forAnissa, her husband and her children, one of whom has leukemia.
I believe this SO strongly. In 1999, I had a stroke, an extremely bad one, and it was only diagnosed a week after the bleeding got serious. I have a very devout Christian family and my story is that I’m pretty sure the Eastern half of the USA was praying for me. I pulled out of it quickly with zero complications, and to boot, it probably saved my life later because if I had not known, I would have a had a high chance of getting a far more serious stroke during or right after my pregnancies.
Prayer works.
Please help Anissa out and share her story with your circle of praying friends.

Have been and continue to pray for Anissa and family! Wow, you have also been through a lot- I also believe that prayer does make a difference. Just three years ago I had to learn how to walk again, at the ripe old age of 40- due to complications from back surgery. Positive thoughts, determination, and prayer do make a HUGE difference!
