Ever since I embraced nontoxic living, I’ve been stumped on what to do about skin care.  So many products have the label “natural” attached, only to look it up on the Skin Deep database and find that they are toxic.

That’s why I was thrilled to receive a sample of Annmarie Gianni Skin Care.  First, I’m going to go out and say how beautiful the packaging was!  Not only that, but although it was tiny bottles, it was a large sampling, from cleansers to mud masks to oils.

I tried a little of everything, until I found the perfect combination for my skin:  The Aloe Herb Facial Cleanser, the Neroli Toning Mist, the Ant-Aging Serum, and the Coconut Body Oil in that order for morning/night face routine,  the Coconut Honey Mask for weekly mask, and the Dead Sea Facial Scrub for just my nose.

My skin feels wonderful and my face glows.  Since the products are made of oils and natural ingredients, nothing was ever harsh, although the facial scrub is very abrasive and to be used carefully.  Even my husband said my skin looked good.  The only unusual thing was the toner that you spray directly on your face – it took some doing with that tiny bottle to get it right and not spray my eyes!

I feel safe and confident using these products.  I love how they feel, smell, and act.  I did not experience any negative reactions on my skin, like the last so-called “natural” product I used.  I liked them so much, I joined their affiliate program (waiting to hear).

Finally, in terms of pricing I found them comparable to other high profile brands I don’t use anymore, like Origins.  Some products are more, some are less, and the anti-aging products are, predictably, the most expensive.  However, because of the texture of these  products, you only need a small bit and that makes them more cost effective, especially the oils.  The Coconut Body Oil can be used for face or body, another bonus.  I think that Annmarie Gianni Skin Care is worth it and I’m a fan.

Disclosure: I received a sampling of products to facilitate this review.  All opinions are strictly my own.
