Reading Labels 101

This week, I’m starting a new section called “Reading Labels”.  It’ll be a basic 101 guide to reading labels of your food, skin, and home care products, and I’ll review different products’ labels, telling you what to watch out for.

If you don’t read labels, I strongly urge you to start doing so right now, and even more strongly if you are diagnosed with Celiac disease, are doing the autism diet, or are trying to eating free of any allergen (i.e., gluten-free) or toxins.

The sad truth is that eating nontoxic is can feel like anything from difficult to impossible these days.

The GOOD news is that you can do it, and that with a little effort on your part, protect yourself and your family from diseases and disorders, as well as get those brain functioning at optimal levels!  Envision better grades and better behavior from your kids, sounds good, right?

IF you are a nontoxic expert and would love to guest post here at Mom-Blog, I would love to have you share your knowledge with my readers!  Check out my media kit to see if my audience appeals to you and contact me if you’d like to help my readers live a cleaner life.

Look for articles with my new category, “reading labels” soon.
