My biggest concern is getting enough vitamins required. We are a very active family and need proper energy to burn.

My biggest concern is getting a balanced with fresh, with foods diet given the hectic nature of daily life.

  3. Donna C

My biggest health concern is eating too much fat. I tend to make a lot of cheesy greasy mexican food for dinner and it really isn’t healthy. I need to give my recipes a healthy makeover.

My biggest concern is additives of all kinds in food. To keep my family healthy we try to eat as close to the food source as possible.

  8. Sandra O

My biggest health concern is for my children to make healthy food choices and exercise throughout their lives.

  9. Deb Rasnick

My biggest health concern is being overweight and its relation to heart disease. I am adopted and therefore don’t know what risks may be out there for me, so I have to consider everything a risk.

  10. Becca Chenault

My biggest concern for my family (kids) is making sure I buy the “right” foods so everyone can eat the right- best food for their growing bodies. Thanks

  11. Lori Adamson

My biggest health concern is weight management…because controlling that will reduce risks for heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and cancer…all which run in our family!

  12. Chris

Weight management for a couple of us (including one of the kids) and getting vegetables into the others. We rarely have any processed foods around, but still can’t get those veggies in!

  13. Ashley Siegle

My biggest family health concern is harmful chemicals in our food and health products

Our biggest health concern would probably be asthma. My brother’s got it bad and my dad does as well.

My biggest health concern for my family is trying to find foods that don’t use a lot of preservatives or scary additives that I can’t pronounce. I like to know exactly what’s going into our bodies!

  16. Marianna

Like many others said, obesity seems to run in my family and in our area of the country (Deep south – we eat everything fried)! I’m working on changing our diet and our habits but it’s hard! I’m always worried about it!

my biggest concern are the chemicals and hormones we encounter on a daily basis. it is my belief that these are responsibile for many of the increases in disease and/or other health concerns today. being pregnant with my first child, i find myself paying more and more attention to what goes into my (and my baby’s) body

  18. Molly K

Both my husband and I are overweight. We have slowly been losing weight and teaching our boys about exercise and eating right so that hopefully they learn from us and don’t have problems with their weight in the future.

  19. Pauline M

My kids tend to get a bit chunky during the winter months, so I’m trying to plan activities ahead of time and setting them up for weekly ski lessons to get them into the light on the weekends!

  20. Jan

My husband has diabetes and heart problems, so those are always the major concerns. For me, it’s weight. sammiejanL40 at aol dot com

  21. Cynthia DL

My biggest health concern is my daughter refusing to wash her hands to “save water for the fishes” :/

  22. carol lewis

Having lost a daughter to the worst most hideous disease possible we try to do everything to avoid this evil. We exercise every day, take tons of supplements and do the low inflammation diet to feel well. DH had a heart attack and I have RA and daughter has psoriasis and son bad allergies, so we work hard.

My biggest concern is trying to keep everyone healthy at the same time! There is always sniffles around here..

  24. Dara Nix

Since beginning menopause, I have become irritable and am tired all the time (and it isn’t fun)! I would LOVE to try some of the products they have for these issues!

  25. heather c

They vary from person to person: ADHD and the meds ‘they’ recommend, weight, skin cancer and various cysts and tumors. Isn’t there a pill for all that?

  26. Vicki D.

My husband and I are both diabetic, so that is our biggest health concern, besides the inevitable growing older, which we can’t help.
